DOR points do not replace the court docket. They show license consequences after certain traffic events are reported.
What Warren County Traffic Records Show

Pay or Contest Warren County Tickets
Payment and contest options depend on the court and the offense. Some traffic cases are payable online or through a Plead and Pay link after processing. Others require appearance because of the charge, accident, insurance issue, license status, commercial driver status, or judge's order. DOR says personal information on driver records is closed unless the requester is exempt under the federal DPPA or has express consent. Nonpersonal driver records can be requested through MyDMV or in person at a license office. Personal driver records need the record holder's authorization or an exemption.
Warren County Traffic Points
Missouri DOR rules explain how points and license action work after traffic convictions. DOR sends a point accumulation advisory letter after four points in twelve months. Driving privilege is suspended at eight or more points in eighteen months, with a first suspension of thirty days, a second of sixty days, and later suspensions of ninety days. DOR revokes for one year at twelve or more points in twelve months, eighteen or more in twenty-four months, or twenty-four or more in thirty-six months.
After reinstatement from a point suspension or revocation, points are reduced to four. Points can reduce over clean driving periods, but some convictions remain permanently. DOR says certain tickets may be purged after three years from conviction, or five years from reinstatement if the conviction led to suspension or revocation, while some convictions are not eligible for purge.

Expunging Traffic Records
Some traffic or criminal traffic records may be eligible for expungement or closure under Missouri law, but eligibility depends on the offense, outcome, waiting periods, later record, and statutory exclusions. The court that handled the case is the proper starting point for a court record. The Sheriff, Recorder, or County Clerk cannot erase a Case.net traffic case.

That purge process is about the driver record. It is not the same as sealing a court file, recalling a warrant, or changing a municipal docket entry.
